Interview for God’s Big Ask

It was my honor to sit down with Pastor Rich Guerra, the SoCal Network Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, last week to discuss my book. In this video, I answer important questions about God’s Big Ask and highlight some of the behind-the-scene victories and challenges of writing this book. I specifically mention that this text was written to feel more like a conversation over a cup of coffee than a lecture or a list of things you are doing wrong and must change. My heart all along was to be open and vulnerable about the very hard requests that God makes of us all. Through the turning of pages, I hope that the reader experiences friendship and compassion that encourages them that they are not alone in their journey, there is a reason to hope again, and that the running and searching can be halted for we have already been given all that we need.

I invite you to grab a cup of coffee, tea, or chai and sit with me. If you haven’t yet purchased God’s Big Ask, you can do so here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BGKHY7KM

Thank you to those who have written reviews on Amazon. Check out this review by someone who already grabbed their coffee and book!

“I feel like I am sitting down with a friend over a cup of coffee when I read this book. It’s as if I am coming to a friend with problems and needs that I am not even able to express. Yet this author understands my problems, sees them, gives a voice to them, and walks me through how to glorify God as I begin to respond to the big and small trials God allows me to face. This book holds wisdom to remember! I am highlighting as I read and will be re-reading this book again and again.” - A.

Until next time my friends,
